Sponsoring is an assistance program for management in the recruitment process that is bonused residually as long as the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates business. Just like other real estate companies, EXIT agents take listings and help consumers make better informed real estate decisions, but there’s more. If you were an EXIT agent, and you assisted in the recruitment of another agent, you’d receive a sponsoring bonus in 3 ways:

This sponsoring bonus is equivalent to 10% of the gross production, up to $10,000 per year of the sponsored agent you brought in. This is not taken from the commission of the agent(s) you sponsor, and there is no limit to the number of agents you can sponsor, and you can sponsor agents anywhere in the EXIT system INTERNATIONALLY!

Should you decide to retire, whether 20 years in the business or 5 years in the business, these sponsoring benefits continue at a rate of 7% of the gross production of each sponsored agent, similar to a pension plan. This continues for as long as the recruit stays in EXIT and generates business. This benefit also includes times of disability and maternity leave.

Should you become deceased, your pre-chosen beneficiary receives an amount equivalent to 5% of the gross production of all those you previously sponsored into EXIT.
EXIT is strictly single-level and it's unlimited in its potential. EXIT associates can sponsor new and experienced salespeople anywhere in North America throughout the corporation and receive an amount equivalent to 10% of the gross production of the new recruits.This bonus is paid out by EXIT's head office on the closing of each transaction. This is unlimited in scope. They can sponsor in as many as they want. In this way, they tap into the energies of others and create financial leverage through averaging.
