What is Homes for Heroes?
Homes for Heroes is a community minded company whose purpose is to provide real rebates and real discounts for workforce heroes who are Buying or Selling their home. We work hard to team up with local businesses to provide full service real estate needs at discounted prices. It is our way of saying “Thank You” to those that give up so much for us on a daily basis.
Who qualifies as a hero?
There are many heroes among us in our communities. Most commonly our heroes have been firefighters, public safety officers, first responders, and military personnel. When you are buying or selling a home let us say thank you for all you do!
How much will I actually save?
·25% Rebate on the gross brokerage commission
·NO loan origination fee and $500 lender paid closing costs
·15% OFF title insurance premium at closing

The final amount that you save will depend on the sales price of the home. On average if you were to purchase a $200,000 home you would save $2,500 NOT INCLUDING all the discounts you'll be eligible for with local businesses that have teamed up with the Homes for Heroes program.
